We sell a fantastic variety of products both edible and otherwise. One product we don't sell, however, is coffee. The reason for this is found in our neighbor, Caffe Ibis. This wonderful shop offers some of the greatest coffee possibly ever (in my somewhat biased caffeine-addicted opinion.) Ibis goes beyond taste, though, by selling many fair trade certified roasts. Buying food products from fair trade shops like Caffe Ibis goes a long way in supporting fair wages, safe working conditions and more. Many farmers depend on the base price enforced by fair trade to stay in business and support their families.
